Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Data, AI & Performance Analytics to shape how we inspire customers, support stores and grow our adventurer community. This role leads a high-performing team and drives data-led decisions across eCommerce and retail operations.

The position is hybrid with a move to a new Swindon office, offering opportunities to enhance data foundations, measurement frameworks, and customer experience using AI and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Proven ability to forecast and analyse commercial performance.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, and automation in digital contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Data, AI & Analytics strategy to drive eCommerce growth and commercial performance.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing analytics and data science team.
• Drive data literacy and enable decision-making with insight and AI tools.
