Job summary
Cotswold Outdoor Ltd. is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Executive in Swindon. The role focuses on shaping how we inspire customers, support stores, and grow our adventurer community, with a hybrid model and involvement across eCommerce, Marketing, Buying and IT.
You will analyse data to optimise website performance, maximise sales and improve customer experience, while driving product visibility and assortment decisions in a fast paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce trading or online merchandising.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Understanding of site navigation, filtering and search.
- Experience with web analytics tools.
- Excellent Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Support online trading strategy delivery to maximise sales and customer experience.
- Improve product visibility and site performance with cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Content to present campaigns online.
- Work with CRO specialists to test and optimise journeys and performance.
- Own selected product categories to drive visibility, assortment and sales.
