EPAM Systems in London seeks a Principal (Director) for Data Analytics & AI Consulting to shape enterprise data and AI strategies across the UK and Western Europe. You will lead senior client engagements, define go-to-market offerings in Generative AI and LLMOps, and guide cross‑functional teams toward production-ready AI solutions.

Formación

• Proven track record in Director/Principal or similar leadership at a top-tier tech consultancy.
• Experience driving business development and securing funding for large Data/AI programs.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders up to C-level.
• Deep AI/ML expertise with MLOps/LLMOps lifecycles.
• Strong cloud data platforms knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP/Databricks).
• Knowledge of data governance and AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act).
• Experience leading multi-regional teams.
• Fluent in a European language (Dutch/French/German) desired.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise data, analytics and AI strategies with C-level stakeholders.
• Lead UK/European practice offerings focusing on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMOps.
• Identify and qualify new Data & AI consulting opportunities; own sales pipeline.
• Architect high-level solutions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, draft proposals, lead client pitches.
• Shape and price engagements; establish delivery models and team structures.
• Provide senior oversight to cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Champion Responsible AI and security frameworks; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Oversee transition from sales to delivery and client expectation alignment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to consulting teams; drive talent growth.
• Stay ahead of trends like agentic workflows and data mesh; represent EPAM at events.
