Responsibilities

Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for large-scale data/AI programs.
Act as escalation point on program health, risk and outcomes for executives.
Oversee governance for data protection, ethics, and compliance.
Review technical strategies for risk and value without detailing design.
Define measurable success metrics aligned with client objectives.
Shape commercial terms, scope, and delivery models for engagements.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and governance forums.
Mentor delivery managers while retaining operational ownership with teams.
Support bid strategy and shaping deals to align client needs with EPAM capabilities.
