EPAM Systems in London seeks an Enterprise Data & AI Program Director to steer strategic direction for complex data and AI programs in a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on strategy, governance and client outcomes, rather than hands-on delivery.

You will partner with delivery managers and tech leaders to align execution with business objectives and safeguard long-term program success through robust governance and commercial alignment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience guiding large data/AI programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into governance and outcomes.
• Strong commercial sense with budget/risk governance.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain strategic roadmap for large data/AI programs.
• Act as escalation and decision point on program health and outcomes.
• Oversee governance frameworks: data protection, ethical AI, compliance.
• Review technical strategies from risk/value perspective, not solution design.
• Define measurable success metrics aligned to client objectives.
• Shape commercial terms, scope, and delivery models with risk management.
• Build trusted executive-level client relationships and represent programs in governance forums.
• Mentor delivery managers and support pre-sales and bid strategy.
