Job summary

Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG is seeking a Data & Administration Manager to serve as the SME for data and administration within the QSHE team. You will enable data-driven decisions by transforming complex information into actionable insights and implementing KPIs to improve operational performance.

You will lead data collection and reporting, support the QSHE team with expert Excel and Power BI skills, and drive continuous improvement across health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills with Excel and Power BI.
Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting for operational decisions.
Strong communication to present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for Data & Administration within the QSHE team.
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
Oversee data collection, management, and reporting for QSHE data.
Provide expert support using MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
Set objectives, give feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with QSHE managers and stakeholders to align activities.
