Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Data Manager to build foundational data capabilities and drive governance, quality, and scalability across our AWS data ecosystem. You will own data management, partner with IT, Finance and other leaders, and implement scalable standards at a growing pace.

The role focuses on dashboards across QuickSight, Metabase, Power BI and other BI tools, translating business needs into actionable data products, and ensuring data accuracy and secure access for decision-making

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BI, analytics, data analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, data analytics or related field preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve dashboards and analytics tools across BI platforms.
• Partner with business teams to translate needs into clear data requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and create reporting datasets.
• Define consistent metrics, data definitions and reporting logic.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and governance across the AWS data environment.
• Support data integrations, migrations, and scalable reporting processes.
