Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Head of HSEQ Performance and Compliance to lead a strategic function driving HSEQ performance management, regulatory compliance, assurance, and governance. You will report to the HSEQ Director and guide specialist teams focused on performance reporting, compliance monitoring, health surveillance, and subcontractor assurance.

Qualifications

Significant experience in HSEQ performance management, compliance, governance, and data analytics.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems and regulatory frameworks.
Advanced experience using BI tools, including Power BI.
Ability to analyse complex datasets and identify trends and risks.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the HSEQ Performance and Compliance function with reporting, assurance, and compliance activities.
Develop and improve HSEQ dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
Oversee compliance governance, health surveillance, and subcontractor onboarding processes.
Champion data quality and governance across HSEQ systems and reporting platforms.
Present complex HSEQ information to senior leadership and governance forums.
