Responsibilities

• Dangerous Goods Compliance: Act as the appointed DGSA for the organisation and ensure ADR regulations are met.
• Lithium Battery Safety Management: Advise on storage, handling and transport of lithium batteries and develop safe systems of work.
• Site Risk Management: Conduct DG risk assessments across distribution centres and transport operations.
• Auditing & Monitoring: Carry out DG audits and identify gaps with corrective actions.
• Incident Management: Lead investigations into DG incidents and ensure regulatory reporting when required.
• Training & Competence: Develop and deliver dangerous goods training for warehouse teams and drivers.
