Job summary

A property services company in Greater London is seeking a Damp and Mould Operative for a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and treating damp and mould issues in residential homes, conducting inspections, and carrying out necessary repairs. Qualifications

  • Possess a full UK Driving Licence.
  • Hold NVQ Level 2 in Insulation and Building Treatments preferred.
  • Experience in addressing damp and mould issues.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and treat damp and mould issues across residential properties.
  • Carry out inspections and recommend solutions.
  • Apply mould treatments and ensure proper ventilation.
  • Repair affected surfaces through painting and decorating.
  • Work with maintenance teams to address damp causes.
  • Provide advice to tenants on damp and mould management.
  • Complete work adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Use a PDA system for updates and reporting.
