Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Damp & Mould Lead to support residents through challenging damp and mould cases, from initial contact to resolution. This fast-paced, high-visibility role requires sensitive handling, strong organisation and clear communication with residents, contractors and operational teams.

• Experience dealing with vulnerable residents/customers
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Good IT skills and familiarity with housing management systems
• Understanding of policies and relevant legislation, with compliance to procedures
