Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a large social housing contractor to recruit Damp & Mould Operatives covering Kingston and surrounding areas in Greater London. The role suits candidates with damp and mould experience and a multi-trade background, joining an established repairs and maintenance team in residential properties.

You will carry out damp treatments, thermal boarding, plastering, painting and other multi-trade tasks in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• Experience damp and mould treatments including thermal boarding.
• Background across multiple trades is desirable.
• Experience in social housing or residential maintenance preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.

We are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor who are looking for Damp & Mould Operatives to cover Kingston and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Damp & Mould Operatives with a multi-trade background to join an established repairs and maintenance team carrying out works within residential properties.

• Carrying out associated multi-trade repairs
• Working within occupied properties
• Completing works to a high standard and right first time
• Working safely and professionally within residents' homes
• Providing a professional service to residents

To be considered for this role, you must have previous damp and mould experience, including experience with thermal boarding. A multi-trade background and previous experience within social housing or residential maintenance would be highly desirable.

You will also need a full UK driving licence.
