You will carry out damp and mould treatment in occupied properties, identify causes of damp, condensation and mould growth, and apply mould washes, sealants and protective coatings, plus carry out minor wall/ceiling repairs.
Working in social housing environments, you will follow health and safety procedures, use PPE/COSHH-compliant products, and report any follow-on works to the office.
