Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Operative for social housing properties in Croydon. The role covers damp and mould works and basic secondary repairs within occupied homes, as part of the Disrepair Team.

Requirements include damp/mould experience, basic repairs, Level 2 NVQ/City & Guilds/Blue CSCS, and a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points. Driving and van with fuel card provided; weekly pay on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience damp and mould works required.
• Experience carrying out basic secondary repairs is needed.
• Level 2 NVQ, City & Guilds or Blue CSCS in a core trade is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out damp and mould works in occupied social housing properties.
• Carry out basic secondary repairs as needed within the properties.
• Work as part of the Disrepair Team in Croydon.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Operative to work with one of our social housing clients in Croydon, within their Disrepair Team.

The role will involve carrying out damp and mould works, alongside basic secondary repairs within occupied social housing properties.

• Level 2 NVQ, City & Guilds or Blue CSCS in a core trade
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
• Social housing experience is desirable
