Job summary

PRS is recruiting experienced Mould Wash / Painter & Decorators for a busy social housing contract in Islington. This temp-to-perm role offers a path to a permanent salary of up to £38k.

Key duties include treating damp and mould issues in residents' properties, carrying out mould wash and treatments, preparing surfaces, painting to a high standard, and recording visits and materials used. Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm; benefits include a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Time-served Painting & Decorating experience.
• P&D qualification not essential if experience can be demonstrated.
• Social housing experience preferred.
• Damp & mould treatment experience advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Maximum 6 points on licence.
• No driving ban within the last 5 years.
• Basic DBS check required.

• Recording visits, treatments and materials used
• Working professionally in customers' homes
