Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a DAM Systems Manager to govern and optimise our Digital Asset Management ecosystem. You will lead governance, platform roadmap, and cross-functional adoption to ensure compliant, efficient access to brand assets for global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing digital asset management platforms and content operations.
• Strong metadata, taxonomy, governance and lifecycle knowledge.
• Proven ability to define operating models, standards and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Experience with system integrations and marketing technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the DAM governance framework across the organisation.
• Own the DAM platform and roadmap, driving optimisation and integrations.
• Lead adoption, training and change management across global teams.
• Develop and optimise content workflows, tagging and asset archiving.
• Monitor performance and drive data-led improvements and analytics.
