Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a DAM Systems Manager to define, govern and optimise the organisation's Digital Asset Management ecosystem. The role aligns DAM strategy with brand, legal and business requirements across multiple global teams and external partners.

You will lead governance, platform ownership and adoption, driving continuous improvement in asset workflows, tagging accuracy and efficient content delivery. Collaboration with Brand, Creative Ops and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing Digital Asset Management platforms, content operations or marketing technology systems.
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, governance and digital content lifecycle management.
• Experience defining and implementing DAM operating models, standards and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
