Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a DAM Systems Manager to define, govern and optimise the organisation's Digital Asset Management ecosystem.

The role ensures assets are managed efficiently, consistently and compliantly across the business. Reporting into Marketing Operations or Brand Operations, you will drive adoption, governance and continuous improvement of DAM workflows, partnering with Brand, Consumer Engagement, IT and Global teams to maximise value from digital content while meeting

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Digital Asset Management platforms.
• Ability to define metadata, taxonomy and asset lifecycle governance.
• Experience defining DAM operating models, standards and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence multiple functions.
• Proven track record in change management, training and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the DAM governance framework across the organisation.
• Own the day-to-day management, optimisation and evolution of the DAM platform.
• Drive adoption and change management with marketing, creative and global stakeholders.
• Develop and optimise content workflows from creation to distribution.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous platform improvements.
• Collaborate with technology and vendors on enhancements and integrations.
