Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in London is seeking a highly organised Studio Assistant Manager to help run the in-house Global Creative Studio. You will coordinate workflows, projects and administration to ensure the creative team delivers high-quality work efficiently.

You will support studio operations across fashion, beauty and still life shoots, manage briefs and seating with stakeholders, and step in for the Global Asset Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as Assistant/JR Producer in fashion, beauty or still life shootings and digital videos.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative with stakeholders across teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced creative environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio workflow and project plans to keep teams on track.
• Provide day-to-day studio administrative support and financial administration tasks.
• Assist with onboarding freelancers and managing supplier relationships.
• Act as a substitute for Global Asset Manager when unavailable.
• Take on additional projects aligned with role development.
