Ashby is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical and commercial wins with DACH customers. You will partner with German‑fluent Account Executives, develop deep product knowledge, and demonstrate how Ashby transforms talent acquisition.

You’ll engage in discovery, run trials, and craft compelling ROI stories for HR teams. You’ll work across multiple regions in EMEA, delivering tailored demos and coordinating RFPs while continuously aligning product capabilities with customer business

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant in complex SaaS sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized product demonstrations.
