Job summary

Uptick, the premium software for fire protection, is hiring its first Implementation Manager for the DACH region. Based in London with relocation offered, you will onboard German-speaking customers and train their teams, working with the UK Implementation team.

You will own data migration, system configuration, product training, and project delivery to ensure rapid adoption and go-lives across core modules. Regular travel to DACH is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in SaaS implementation/onboarding.
• Willingness to travel regularly to DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Responsibilities

• Data migration: collate, extract, cleanse, and import data into Uptick using Excel/Sheets.
• System configuration: tailor customer workspaces to their workflows.
• Product training: onboard and train customer teams for adoption.
• Project management: deliver implementations on time and with momentum.
• Data and systems: keep internal project data up to date for reporting.
• Relationship management: build strong relationships with German-speaking customers.
