Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Implementation Manager to own customer implementations from contract signature through go-live for the DACH region. You will work directly with CFOs and finance leaders, designing solutions and ensuring every customer is set up for success.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, configure systems to finance processes, manage data migrations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to scale our platform globally.

Qualifications

Experience delivering ERP/software implementations end-to-end.
Proficient in German and comfortable with finance stakeholders.
Experience in consulting or SaaS environments.
Ability to own data migrations and project timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple implementations from kickoff to go-live.
Partner with senior finance leaders throughout delivery.
Configure the company around each customer's finance processes.
Manage data migration, timelines and project delivery.
Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
Help shape how we deliver implementations as we scale.
