Job summary

Canva London is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive focused on the DACH region to drive high-velocity, end-to-end sales with new logos. You’ll own a German-speaking book, run outbound activity, and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.

You’ll bring German and English fluency, prior B2B/SaaS outbound experience, and a data-driven mindset. Canva offers equity, parental leave, a Thrive allowance, and flexible leave options.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Fluent in German and English with ability to present to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle from first outreach to close.

Responsibilities

• Own a targeted book of German-speaking mid-market prospects and run outbound sales activity to identify, engage, and convert new business.
• Run a full sales cycle from first outreach to close, using the SPICED methodology to qualify opportunities.
• Build account plans grounded in a data-driven read of the market and translate them into daily sales activity.
• Collaborate with your manager and senior AEs to sharpen discovery, pitch, and negotiation skills.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales & Success, Marketing, and Product to keep the customer experience seamless from first conversation through to close.
• Stay close to DACH mid-market trends to speak credibly about changing customer needs.
