Job summary

Algolia is seeking a Partner Manager for the DACH region with a primary focus on Germany. You will lead the partner strategy across consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners, build a strong partner ecosystem and drive pipeline in collaboration with sales and enablement teams.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10+ years in alliance or partner roles, strong tech fluency, and fluency in German and English. The role offers flexible work options and a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in a senior Alliance, Channel or Partner role.
• Strong technical fluency — discussing APIs, search/AI architecture, cloud infrastructure.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and English.
• Experience with cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and major system integrators in German market.
• Business understanding of SaaS software, search/AI, headless commerce and API-first architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DACH partner strategy (Germany focus) across consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners.
• Recruit, onboard and manage a portfolio of partners into the Algolia Partner Program.
• Shape agentic solutions combining Algolia with technology partners and drive joint market opportunities.
• Guide partners on building agentic solutions on Algolia and bring them to market.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and enablement teams to ensure partner and client success.
• Own pipeline creation and data accuracy for the DACH partner portfolio.
