Job summary

Intuitive in the United Kingdom seeks a da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to maximize system utilization across core indications. You will drive adoption through strategic planning, expert surgical knowledge, and collaborative events with hospitals and surgeons.

The role requires up to 70% travel, strong communication, and team-based execution to expand the user base and integrate the system into operating room workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years of support or sales experience in healthcare/medical devices.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement the clinical sales plan defined by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of the da Vinci System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications for the region to support robotics programs.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events that raise system awareness and adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each team so they can use the system independently in time.
• Drive utilization by guiding surgical teams to select cases and ensure consistent usage.
• Grow the user base by engaging hospital staff and KOLs with the Clinical Sales Manager's support.
• Lead surgical teams through training on system operations, OR integration, and applications.
• Provide guidance on da Vinci usage and case support to the surgical team.
• Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and expense submissions related to sales activities.
