Job summary

La Fosse Associates is seeking a D365 CE/CRM Technical Lead to provide architectural leadership across a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation. The role combines hands-on design, integration development, testing and deployment, ensuring secure, scalable and operational readiness within a multi-system transformation.

You will own the technical direction, partner with project leadership and suppliers, and oversee end-to-end integration, data quality and governance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Lead or Solution Architect on Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, D365 architecture, lifecycle management and security models.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations across cloud, SaaS, data, and legacy platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and Azure-based integration technologies.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, migration, data quality and reconciliation.
• Understanding of cloud services (PaaS/IaaS/SaaS).
• Proficiency with C#, SQL, Visual Studio and Git in delivery teams.
• Experience in testing, incident investigation, integration troubleshooting, and problem management.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of solution architecture, integration delivery and technical assurance within a complex, multi-system transformation programme. Working closely with project leadership, functional specialists, internal IT teams and external suppliers, you will ensure the solution is secure, scalable, reliable and ready for operational use.

The role combines architectural leadership with hands-on technical involvement, from design and integration development through to testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and integration architecture for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform CRM ecosystem.
• Define integration strategies, technical standards and design principles aligned with enterprise architecture and security requirements.
• Lead end-to-end integration delivery across SaaS, cloud, data warehouse and legacy platforms.
• Ensure data flows, interfaces, mappings, transformations, validation and reconciliation processes are robust and fully documented.
• Work with functional leads, project managers, technical teams and suppliers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical direction, challenge supplier designs and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Oversee technical design reviews, testing, defect resolution and assessment of non-functional requirements.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, environment readiness and controlled deployment.
• Ensure integrations meet agreed standards for security, resilience, monitoring, recoverability and supportability.
• Define technical acceptance criteria and provide assurance on readiness for go-live.
• Establish effective operational handover, support boundaries, escalation routes and knowledge-transfer processes.
• Contribute hands-on to technical design, configuration, development, testing and troubleshooting where required.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 solution architecture, Power Platform application lifecycle management and security models.
• Demonstrable experience delivering enterprise integrations across cloud, SaaS, data and legacy platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs and Azure-based integration technologies.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, customer or master data, migration, data quality and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, including PaaS, IaaS and SaaS.
• Familiarity with C#, SQL, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and Git.
• Experience in technical testing, incident investigation, integration troubleshooting and problem management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• A good understanding of IT service delivery, operational readiness, security and technical governance.

Experience with Azure SaaS platforms, SQL Server, Catalyst and SharePoint would be advantageous.
