Job summary
La Fosse is seeking a CRM Technical Lead to steer a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform programme. You will own the technical design, integration strategy and security posture, collaborating with project leadership, IT teams and suppliers to deliver a scalable, secure solution ready for production use.
The role combines architecture with hands-on development, testing, deployment and stabilisation through go-live, with a 15-month initial contract and remote working supported from
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 solution architecture, Power Platform ALM and security models.
- Demonstrable experience delivering enterprise integrations across cloud, SaaS, data and legacy platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs and Azure-based integration technologies.
- Experience with enterprise data architecture, migration, data quality and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS).
- Familiarity with C#, SQL, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience in technical testing, incident investigation, integration troubleshooting and problem management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- A good understanding of IT service delivery, operational readiness, security and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical design and integration architecture for a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform CRM ecosystem.
- Define integration strategies, standards and design principles in line with enterprise architecture and security.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery across SaaS, cloud, data warehouse and legacy platforms.
- Ensure data flows, interfaces, mappings, transformations, validation and reconciliation are robust.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions with stakeholders.
- Provide technical direction, review supplier designs and coordinate delivery across teams.
- Oversee design reviews, testing, defect resolution and non-functional requirements.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and controlled deployment.
- Ensure integrations meet security, resilience, monitoring and recoverability standards.
- Define acceptance criteria and assure go-live readiness.
- Establish operational handover, support boundaries and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute hands-on to design, configuration, development, testing and troubleshooting.

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of solution architecture, integration delivery and technical assurance within a complex, multi-system transformation programme. Working closely with project leadership, functional specialists, internal IT teams and external suppliers, you will ensure the solution is secure, scalable, reliable and ready for operational use.
The role combines architectural leadership with hands-on technical involvement, from design and integration development through to testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Own the technical design and integration architecture for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform CRM ecosystem.
- Define integration strategies, technical standards and design principles aligned with enterprise architecture and security requirements.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery across SaaS, cloud, data warehouse and legacy platforms.
- Ensure data flows, interfaces, mappings, transformations, validation and reconciliation processes are robust and fully documented.
- Work with functional leads, project managers, technical teams and suppliers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical direction, challenge supplier designs and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.

- Support data migration, cutover planning, environment readiness and controlled deployment.
