Job summary

Aqua Cure is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Manager - D2C to own the direct-to-consumer strategy across ecommerce and marketplaces. You will drive revenue growth, optimise website performance, and enhance our digital channels, including AI-powered personalization, while shaping new growth opportunities on Amazon, TikTok Shop and other platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience growing a D2C or ecommerce function.
Strong experience driving sales via online marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay).
Experience with Agentic AI and AI-powered ecommerce.
Budget, P&L, pricing and profitability management.
Knowledge of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce.
Experience developing customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, email).
Data-driven with analytics for decision making.
Experience at trade shows/events.

Responsibilities
