Job summary

Aqua Cure Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Manager - D2C to lead the direct-to-consumer commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across ecommerce, marketplaces, and digital channels.

You will optimise website performance, acquire and retain customers, expand marketplaces, and improve profitability. Leverage Agentic AI, automation, and personalisation tools to unlock new growth opportunities across platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading D2C/Ecommerce or Commercial functions.
• Experience growing sales through online marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay or similar).
• Experience implementing AI-driven ecommerce or Agentic AI and related automation.
• Budgeting, P&L management, pricing strategies and profitability focus.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Experience developing customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions and loyalty.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, email marketing.
• Data-driven decision making using analytics and business insights.
• Experience attending or managing trade shows, exhibitions or partner events.

Responsibilities

• Own Aqua Cure's D2C and ecommerce commercial strategy and revenue growth.
• Drive website performance, customer acquisition, retention and marketplace expansion.
• Develop and execute pricing, promos, and profitability plans across channels.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to personalise journeys and optimise commerce.
• Represent the business at industry events and build strategic partnerships.
