Aqua Cure Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Manager - D2C to lead the direct-to-consumer commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across ecommerce, marketplaces, and digital channels.

You will optimise website performance, acquire and retain customers, expand marketplaces, and improve profitability. Leverage Agentic AI, automation, and personalisation tools to unlock new growth opportunities across platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading D2C/Ecommerce or Commercial functions.
• Experience growing sales through online marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay or similar).
• Experience implementing AI-driven ecommerce or Agentic AI and related automation.
• Budgeting, P&L management, pricing strategies and profitability focus.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Experience developing customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions and loyalty.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, email marketing.
• Data-driven decision making using analytics and business insights.
• Experience attending or managing trade shows, exhibitions or partner events.

With over 30 years of expertise, Aqua Cure provides water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis solutions, replacement filters, accessories, and specialist water treatment products through its growing ecommerce and direct-to-consumer channels.

As the business continues to invest in digital growth, customer experience, and emerging technologies, we are looking for a commercially minded leader to drive online revenue growth, optimise marketplace performance, and enhance our ecommerce proposition.

The Role

As Commercial Manager - D2C, you will take ownership of Aqua Cure's direct-to-consumer commercial strategy, leading revenue growth across ecommerce, online marketplaces, and digital channels. You will be responsible for driving website performance, customer acquisition, retention, marketplace expansion, and commercial profitability.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Aqua Cure's digital business by leveraging innovative technologies, including Agentic AI, automation, and personalisation tools, while developing new growth opportunities across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online sales channels.

You will also represent the business at key industry events and trade shows, identifying new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and market trends that support the continued growth of the brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing a D2C, Ecommerce, or Commercial function
• Strong experience driving sales and revenue growth through online marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, or similar platforms
• Experience implementing or utilising Agentic AI, AI-powered automation, intelligent customer journeys, or AI-driven ecommerce solutions
• Commercially focused with experience managing budgets, P&L, pricing strategies, and profitability
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar
• Experience developing customer acquisition, retention, subscription, and loyalty strategies
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, and email marketing
• Data-driven approach with experience using analytics and business performance insights to drive decision-making
• Experience attending or managing trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, or partner engagement activities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions
• Passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and identifying new opportunities for commercial growth
