Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a D2C Commercial Operations Manager to lead the commercial performance of our Direct-to-Consumer channels. The role shapes and delivers plans that drive sustainable sales growth, profitability and a strong consumer experience.

Collaborating across D2C, Partner Stores, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations, you will ensure plans translate into strong execution and meet business objectives. You will use insights to optimize portfolio and maintain differentiating D2C growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of D2C strategies across pricing, promotions and product.
• Experience in forecasting, planning, and stock management with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery in fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the D2C commercial plan, delivering sales, margin and consumer objectives.
• Own pricing, promotional, discount and trading strategy across product ranges.
• Coordinate new product launches with forecasting, content and operational readiness.
• Manage forecasting, inventory and fulfilment performance with Supply Chain/Operations.
• Coordinate activity across supply, operations, content, merchandising and campaigns for commercial execution.
• Lead, coach and develop the team across D2C and cross-functional teams.
