Job summary

Radiuslimited is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our dedicated Cyber Security team in Crewe. You will report to the Head of Cyber and work from Emperor Court office, helping protect systems and data while supporting ISMS and ISO 27001/Cyber Essentials Plus compliance.

You will collaborate with IT Operations and stakeholders to mature SOC processes, implement security controls, and drive security improvements across internal and customer-facing platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong cyber security knowledge and practical application across varied tech environments.
• Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing and security assessments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Ability to design and implement secure SDLC practices and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Operations to implement and optimize security controls across platforms.
• Identify cyber security risks and drive remediation to reduce risk levels.
• Support design and development of secure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Work with software teams to embed secure design principles in SDLC.
• Create and maintain cyber security policies, standards and procedures.
• Monitor security events, investigate alerts and lead incident response activities.
• Perform vulnerability management, tracking remediation and reporting.
• Conduct threat intelligence research and recommend security improvements.
• Engage with third-party security vendors and service providers as needed.
• Lead security projects to improve resilience and compliance posture.
