Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to drive revenue growth. You will conduct outbound prospecting, engage with potential customers, and set up meetings for our sales team. This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential B2B customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to engage and qualify prospects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualification & Nurturing

  • Engage with prospects to uncover their business challenges and needs.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to assess potential fit and qualify leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect details in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with the prospects in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and demos.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Provide insights on lead quality and campaign performance to optimize conversion rates.

Performance & Growth

  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads.
  • Continuously refine prospecting techniques through coaching and self-improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and best sales practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with the HubSpot CRM is a plus.
