Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking a Resource & Delivery Consultant to own the product vision for a new resource management feature. You will lead resource planning in a fast-paced agency context and collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers and engineers to map user journeys and wireframes.

The role requires senior agency PM and resource planning experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder influence to drive alignment without direct line authority.

Qualifications

• In a resource planning leadership role within a fast-paced creative, media, influencer, or social agency context.
• Ensure the final product aligns with the original operational vision.
• Experience with resourcing, time-tracking and project/work management systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers and engineers to map user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Design for automation and ease; advocate for automated workflows to minimize manual admin.
• Own the product vision for the new resource management feature.
