Job summary

Arbor Education in Leeds is seeking a CX Tooling and Automation Specialist to architect and maintain the infrastructure powering customer experience. You will bridge gaps between customer operations and technical execution, focusing on building and optimizing CX platforms through automation and data integration.

You will lead configuration of Gainsight and Zendesk, develop automated data pipelines, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to design digital programs while driving

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an analytics, operations, or technical project management role.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk and Gainsight.
• Experience with analytical tooling and process tooling.
• B2B SaaS experience essential; Education sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enhancements to customer experience processes.
• Configure Gainsight and Zendesk for high data accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop data pipelines and maintain automated reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to design digital programs.
• Identify waste in the tech stack and implement improvements.
