Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a Staff CX Software Engineer in London to lead client engagements around the Canton Network. You will provide architectural guidance, own complex technical roadmaps, and act as a subject matter expert across DA products.

You will combine deep technical breadth with a consultative mindset, contributing to design, deployment, and performance testing across multi-region environments. This role emphasizes leadership and rapid learning in a fast-moving fintech space.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems or integrations.
• Broad understanding of full-cycle delivery from system design and API strategies to cloud architecture and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of Canton OS source code and DA Products.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to clients on physical and logical architectures for Canton Network solutions and integration.
• Coordinates and leads planning of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Serves as the expert in Canton Network and DA Products.
• Leverages proficiency in multiple languages.
• Estimates highly complex solutions and decomposes technical problems to reach a solution.
• Defines strategy for a performance test plan and prioritizes performance concerns.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for other CX staff.
• Works with and customizes helm charts to enable client onboarding to k8s.
