Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a data insights analyst to turn customer feedback and operational data into actionable insights. Based in Stoke-on-Trent with hybrid working, you will join the CX Insight team and deliver regular reports and dashboards to improve the customer experience.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with CX and Operations to answer business questions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear recommendations.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using BI tools, especially Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL and databases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting on customer experience and operational performance.
• Analyze customer, complaint and contact centre data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis with evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with CX, Complaints and Operations teams to inform decisions.
• Ensure data quality by validating sources and reconciling discrepancies.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Present findings in a clear, engaging way for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to reporting standards and best practices across the business.
