Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, operations or related field; a Master’s is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of analytics, insights, CX, continuous improvement, or related experience.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and advanced analytics (SQL, Python/R).
• Proven track record improving customer experience and driving measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards and analytics models across metrics.
• Own data governance and reporting standards for accuracy and consistency.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for executives and teams.
• Partner with Technology/Data teams to improve data availability and tooling.
• Identify trends and risks using predictive analytics and root-cause analysis.
