Job summary

Viasat in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lifecycle Architect to own the end-to-end design of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through transfers, promotions and offboarding. You will translate people strategy into scalable, human-centered process blueprints and partner with Tier 1/2 teams and HR Technology to ensure practical delivery.

You’ll map journeys, define Tier 0 self-service, enablement assets, governance and compliance, and build analytics dashboards to monitor cycle times,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational design, business administration, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Process or Service Design, or HR Project Management.
• Lifecycle Design: success designing global employee lifecycle programs with measurable improvements.
• Service Delivery Exposure: experience with HR Shared Services or case management and Tier 1/2 impact.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end employee lifecycle journey maps for major events (onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, offboarding).
• Create Tier 0 self-service, Tier 1 assisted, and Tier 2 escalation pathways.
• Translate business requirements into human-centered process designs with compliance in mind.
• Partner with Tier 1/2, HR Technology, and Legal for practical, scalable solutions.
• Establish governance, data integrity, and change management for lifecycle docs.
• Own analytics framework: KPIs for lifecycle quality, process cycle times, and deflection.
