Job summary

Viasat in the United Kingdom seeks a Global Programs Architect to design, build, and scale employee programs beyond core lifecycle. You will own cross‑functional initiatives from reorganizations to performance management, partnering with People Operations to deliver globally consistent yet locally relevant programs.

You will lead enterprise‑level design, create playbooks, and drive AI‑enabled delivery, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Business Partnering, People Strategy, or Global Program Leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end enterprise initiatives in a global remit.
• Experience across multiple regions in a complex matrix with senior stakeholder accountability.
• Demonstrated Agile/Scrum expertise applied to non‑technical environments.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR service delivery tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive global program strategy across employee programs beyond core lifecycle.
• Lead program delivery end-to-end from concept to deployment with high adoption.
• Partner with regional teams to adapt programs for local markets while maintaining global standards.
• Develop playbooks, workflows, and documentation for scalable execution.
• Lead or co‑lead reorganizations and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Shape communications and change management for global program rollouts.
