Viasat is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations to lead financial models, business cases and strategic analyses underpinning New Ventures investment decisions across UK and US teams. You will build and own complex models, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, drive workstreams to completion and shape the operating plan and interfaces that keep the team delivering.

The role demands proactive leadership in a cross‑functional environment, with the ambition to expand scope over time

Formación

Strong financial and commercial modelling skills, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
Proactive, completion-oriented attitude with ownership of workstreams.
Ability to influence outcomes and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
Hypothesis-led approach; define problems and communicate answers clearly in data and writing.
Excellent written and presentation skills for Exec-level audiences.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain financial models and multi-million dollar business cases for Exec approval.
Coordinate inputs across BUs and central teams to assemble propositions in Exec-ready language.
Identify opportunities with market and customer insights to strengthen product propositions.
Lead the strategy and operating plan process and oversee programme finances and reconciliations.
Drive decisions in working sessions, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
