IMH Recruitment are seeking a Customs Team Leader for our client in Worksop.

Duties:

1. Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
2. Ensure smooth and efficient workflow
3. Train and supervise team members
4. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
5. Monitor and maintain quality standards
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
7. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
