Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Systems & Process Improvement Co-ordinator to join the Customs team in Felixstowe. The role focuses on optimizing operations through technology, automation and smarter ways of working to improve productivity and reporting.

You will work with operational and IT teams to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions and support the introduction of new systems across the UK Customs operation.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Good understanding of logistics operations and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline customs processes.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose standardised, automated workflows.
• Create reports and data tools to improve accuracy and visibility.
• Support new systems with testing, troubleshooting and user guidance.
• Document processes and promote adoption of new tools across teams.
