Job summary

CEVA Logistics in London is seeking a Business Process Excellence Engineer to drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement across the site. The role focuses on deploying CEVA UKIN practices, Kaizen and SCA programs, and supporting site classifications.

You will work with operations teams to embed a culture of Operational Excellence, using data to monitor progress and reporting impact. DBS/CTC clearance may take weeks to complete.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
• Willingness to undergo DBS and Counter-Tterrorism Check (CTC) clearance as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of cost-saving and efficiency initiatives across all operational areas.
• Drive the delivery of continuous improvement targets, ensuring progress is monitored, measured and reported.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, productivity and efficiency.
• Support the implementation and sharing of operational best practices across the site.
• Deploy CEVA’s SCA and Kaizen programmes to drive continuous improvement.
• Support and conduct site classification assessments in line with CEVA UKIN requirements.
• Monitor performance and report on the progress and impact of improvement initiatives, both locally and centrally.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams and stakeholders to embed a culture of Operational Excellence.
