Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customs Coordinator in Felixstowe to handle import and export declarations, ensuring fast, compliant clearance under UK/EU rules. You’ll process documentation, monitor shipments and liaise with customers, carriers and HMRC.

Training up to Level 2 qualification is provided, with a Tuesday–Saturday shift 08:00–16:30. You will build relationships, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation and contribute to service delivery and compliance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customs, Imports or freight forwarding environment.
• Understanding of customs processes and documentation.
• Proactive and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve documentation or clearance issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import and export customs declarations.
• Review invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills as required.
• Maintain accurate customs records and filing.
• Support compliance audits and regulatory requirements.
