Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Systems & Process Improvement Co-ordinator to join our Customs team in Felixstowe. This hands-on role focuses on improving operational efficiency through technology, automation and smarter ways of working.

You will work with operational and IT teams to simplify processes, reduce manual tasks and deliver practical solutions across UK Customs, including Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Excel skills with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical, problem-solving abilities and logistics understanding.
• Ability to gather requirements and develop user-friendly solutions.
• Experience with system implementation or process improvement projects (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical solutions using Excel, SharePoint and MS apps.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate processes.
• Create reports and data tools to improve accuracy.
• Develop and support automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Support new systems' testing, implementation and user support.
• Work with operational teams to gather requirements.
• Document processes and guide colleagues in new tools.
• Review existing solutions for further improvements.
