Job summary

CEVA Logistics in London is seeking a Business Process Excellence Engineer to drive continuous improvement across the site, delivering cost-saving and efficiency initiatives. This Monday–Friday 40-hour week role is based at our London site in NW10.

You will analyse data, deploy CEVA’s Kaizen and SCA programmes, and work with warehouse teams to embed a culture of Operational Excellence. DBS and CTC clearances may take up to 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/3PL environment.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge not essential; training provided.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of cost-saving and efficiency initiatives across all operational areas.
• Drive continuous improvement targets with monitored progress and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and efficiency.
• Support sharing of operational best practices across the site.
• Deploy CEVA’s SCA and Kaizen programmes to drive continuous improvement.
• Support site classification assessments per CEVA UKIN requirements.
• Monitor performance and report impact of improvement initiatives locally and centrally.
• Collaborate with operational teams to embed a culture of Operational Excellence.
