Job summary

DFDS is recruiting a Customs Clearance Clerk to join our team in Immingham. You’ll support daily customs clearance operations, on an eight‑hour shift, five days from seven, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and compliance.

You will complete declarations, liaise with customers to gather information and resolve queries, and work with internal systems to ensure timely processing while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Clerical or administrative background with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Complete customs declarations accurately and in line with regulations.
• Liaise with customers to gather information and resolve queries.
