Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members in Wimborne. You will join our local Co-op store, delivering friendly service across shop, bakery, and order-picking for home delivery where applicable.

You’ll work varied shifts, including early mornings and evenings, with at least one weekend, and receive full training. This role offers part-time hours and a supportive team environment within a valued community retailer.

Qualifications

• You'll demonstrate a passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts including early mornings and late evenings.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor, tills, and bakery where applicable.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
• Ensure store is safe and compliant with regulations.
• Assist with post office or online order services where available.
