Job summary

Co-op Group in Fordingbridge is seeking Customer Team Members for our local Co-op store. You will help deliver friendly service, stock shelves, scan and handle tills, and may work in the bakery or post office depending on the store. Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over to apply.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends.
• Interest in retail and helping customers in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked and prices checked for accuracy.
• Support daily store operations including bakery duties as needed.
• Promote Co‑op membership and assist customers with queries.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth store running.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with store policies.
